This place is really cool cause they have a huge selection pretty quick service and very authentic Mexican food. Definitely a great place “hole in the wall” with amazing food.

Small gas station with a grill . Smell of grilling carne asade fills the store and outside . The quesobirria was really good. Didn’t realize it was 4 tacos for 15$! Amazing ! Nice amount of meat and cheese . The consommé was very good I had a nice flavor. The green sauce was really good not too spicy. I would recommend this and I would eat this again.

Great big portions. I ordered a tamale and a chicken chimichanga. The chimichanga is excellent! Lots of flavor and not overly spicy. Tamale is wonderful and the red sauce has a bite to it. I came back and am trying the fajita burrito and the ground beef taco. I have included a picture. I can only eat half a burriti because it's too large for me. The drive through is extremely slow because they make your order fresh from scratch. Be patient or order ahead.

Stopped by here after work and man this place is definitely a gem! I had ordered a asada taco with some fries and a churro! The portions are generous and the salsas were fantastic! Spicy ! Churro was tasty with a little surprise strawberry filling inside! Service was fast and friendly! Highly recommend!!!

I bought food for my family and I and paid over $60. I did have to wait at the drive thru window for the order to be made, which is totally understandable. When I got home the food was not only hot, and fresh, but very very good. I ordered the Wednesday Special, Quesabirrias. Sooo good! My whole family liked their meal. Thank you, El Gordo’s, for outstanding food. Much appreciated.

Taco Tuesdays! Their tacos are big and stuffed. They also have ground beef. They are located in a dumpy gas station but those always have the good ones. They do have a drive-thru!

I’ve only tried two dishes here so far I keep coming back for the fish tacos!! Wish they had a grilled fish option and a location closer to my place mesa drive and broadway

I had a chicken mole burrito and that's hard to find. They make their own flowers tortillas here definitely stop in.
